Job Description

• Perform corporate law-related activities
• Prepare board papers and relevant documentation to the board
• Prepares and Submit quarterly Internal Audit Reports to the board
• Ensure Complete Closure of Agreed deadlines and action points
• Carryout any other Ad-hoc Functions as required by the Board and management

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Second-Class University Degree in Law
• Professional Certifications such as; ICSAN will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in company secretarial responsibilities
• High level of integrity and demonstrable professionalism.
• Knowledge of legal standards within the capital market would be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills in a fast-paced environment combined with sound independent judgment.
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office
