    Associate Lawyer

    A reputable Law Firm Ikejiani & Co is looking to fill the role of an Associate Lawyer.

    Job Summary:

    The Associate works closely with the colleagues to provide legal clients services on transaction or cases. He/She conducts research on transactions to properly manage client's request. The Associate developed and legal strategies,gathers evidence to support claims,prepares legal documents and represents clients based on assigned industry in court on legal matters.


    Job Description:

    • Work cooperatively in a client group team to provide quality service in a timely manner.
    • Draft,interpret and review of agreements, legal reports,engagement letters and other legal documents.
    • Assist in researching letters and other legal documents.
    • Assist in researching cases and legislation and applying relevant laws.
    • Minimum of LL.B, B.L
    • Minimum of 1-5years experience
    • Appropriate Certification
