Associate Consultant - Research & Analysis at CSR-in-Action Group

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Corporate Sustainable Investor Report (CSIR).
• Oversee and manage consulting projects – Axxela
• Lead Data Analysis and Research for internal and external clients/Projects.
• Participate and provide support in the implementation of CiA’s key advocacy initiatives.
• Draft proposals and strategy documents as assigned.
• Engage stakeholders in corporate organisations via questionnaire to obtain their CSR activities/performance.
• Liaise with relevant teams/persons for their input to ensure successful compilation of the report.
• Create data driven/focused infometrics of CSIR- for use to liaise with stakeholders in government and multilateral organisations to support the publication of the CSI Report.
• Support the recruitment and management of data collection staff.
• Support consulting projects, as assigned
• Developing and pitching ideas to potential clients and partners.
• Participate in building and growing new and existing client relationships.
• Work closely with External Report Consultant (Dami Vera-Cruz) to provide seamless sustainability reporting and assurance services to clients with a view to carrying out said responsibilities independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Social Sciences
• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience as a Programme Coordinator/Analyst, Researcher or any other related position.
• Data Analytics skill is a must.
