Candidate must have the ability to:

• Manage projects and programmes end-to-end.
• Develop training content and deliver to high-calibre audiences.
• Drive project-led researches that advocate for new policies or approaches.
• Develop content for newsletters, position papers and proposals.
• Drive advocacy initiatives.
• Manage external stakeholders.
