Assistant Warehouse Manager at People2profit-NG

Our client, an integrated corporate entity providing educational and office supplies, branded product distribution, technology, garment manufacturing and humanitarian aid procurement requires the service of ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER

You are to Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies, 
processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of requested items to the logistics department
• Assist the manager to supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Receive, inspect and store all standard storeroom stock and special-order parts
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems for all raw and finished materials
• keep inventory current at all times and notify the manager of any inventory shortages
• Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements

Must-Have for the position:

Qualification/Requirements

• HND / BScin Logistics, Supply chain 
• management, business administration, or any other related discipline
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ relevance experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Good communication and correspondence skill
• Organize individual that pays attention to details
• Good Numeric and analytical skill

Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Net Plus Other Benefits
