Assistant Supermarket Manager at Bond Chemist Limited

Summary of Responsibilities

• To drive the sales revenue through effective marketing strategies.
• Build a strong network to ensure the traffic flow of customers to the supermarket.
• Ensure the supermarket meets maximum standard requirements for the display of items to encourage customer purchases.
• Ensure adherence to standard hygiene and safety guidelines in the various sections of the supermarket.
• Drive all employees to provide exceptional customer service to sustain the business.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
• Maintain inventories and ensure constant availability of stocks to avoid stock out e.t.c.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Social Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Ability to plan and excite strategic sales process.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
