Perform (storekeeping) tasks in accordance with the instructions.
Ensure the completeness and quality of the defined routines of own daily work.
Ensure that the work is executed according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all store keeping activities are done in line with requirements.
To comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her/his position
Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values and company policies applicable as employee and/or the position.
Maintain the records of forwarding, transportation, warehouse and materials management.
Keep MAXIMO data updated at all times for site and customer stocks.
Perform proper stock taking of all spare parts, sundry and all other items in the store.
Keep proper tool inventory and give reports as required
