Job description

• Provide direct administrative support to the School Principal and other senior administrators.
• Manage school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee administrative staff and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Facilitate communication between school administration, faculty, staff, parents, and students.
• Maintain and update student records and enrollment data.
• Coordinate school events and activities, ensuring smooth logistics and organization.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Assist with the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
• Identify and solve administrative problems proactively.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school administration or related setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative school environment.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills (a plus)
• Understanding of international school operations.
