    Assistant Project Manager

    Job Purpose

    • This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a structured approach to assessing, developing, and supporting customer operational activities with a focus on assuring customer satisfaction and project success.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • As an Assistant Project Manager you will contribute to the team;
    • Assists in establishing and delivering project-specific objectives
    • Provide key support to the senior leaders in the delivery of commission obligations and internal project performance
    • Contribute to open communications across the project delivery and client teams
    • Establish effective communications across the project delivery, client, and stakeholder teams
    • Implement problem-solving and decision making
    • Adopt program and business management systems across project teams
    • Control the internal and external commercial aspects of the project across a range of contractual arrangements
    • Mentor less experienced colleagues in the skills of project management
    • Contribute to securing opportunities and repeat business through the high-quality service delivery
    • reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Engineering
    • Project Management Certification (Compulsory)
    • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in a structured organization (previous oil & gas or Project Management experience is essential).
    • Seismic Experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and effectively resolve complex situations.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
