Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Operations to oversee our construction waste management project. The role requires a blend of business management, facilities expertise, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in construction waste and facility management.
• Develop and implement business growth, marketing, and client development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards are strictly followed.
• Present reports and business proposals to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business Operations, Facilities, Real Estate, Architecture, or Construction.

• Minimum of B.Sc. in a relevant discipline (Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, etc.).
• Certification in Facility Management (IFMA) is mandatory.
• Membership of professional bodies is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, business development, and presentation skills.

Remuneration: ₦500,000 – ₦750,000 monthly + 5% commission
