Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Client Manager to support our client management team and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Conduct market research to support client strategy and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a media firm or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proximity to Surulere is essential for this role.
