A First Degree (Second Class Lower) in any of the disciplines of Social Sciences or Humanities. Candidates must have attended a Course in either Manpower Budgeting and Staff Inspection, Pension Administration, Management Consulting or Grading with a minimum of 12 years post-qualification cognate experience.
Candidates must also have completed the mandatory NYSC Program (where applicable) and be computer literate, with good interpersonal/leadership skills and can work effectively in teams.
