Key Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily store operations
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient task execution
• Monitor sales performance and stock levels
• Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation
• Handle customer complaints and escalations
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in a supermarket/retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
