Asset/Operations Associate at Funtay Global Resources Ltd

Funtay is an energy company providing solutions to the oil and gas/energy industry. We are seeking an Asset/Operations Associate to join our operations division in Lagos.

REQUIREMENTS & INFO:

• Must have a HND, BSc or MSc degree. Preference will be given to candidates with Asset Management or Facility management degrees.

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of solid experience in Facilities Managment, Operations Management, or Asset Management. Please note that this is a Junior/Intermediate role and best suited for those with 1-3 years experince. 

• Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in Asset Managment, Facilities Management, or Operations. 

• Ideal candidate is a self starter who needs minimal supervision and must have strong analytical

•  Candidate must be willing to travel to any city in Nigeria

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and operations intensive environment

• Candidate should have very strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research skills

Summary of the principal duties expected from the job.

•  Act as a contact for company’s various operations and travel to various sites for location visits, assesments, etc.
• Oversee all company physical assets and come up with strategies to maximize their use
• Manage field staff administration, time sheet, and logistics
• Travel frequently to various cities in Nigeria to assess company’s assets and report on findings
• Oversee all company’s facility mangement duties such as preventative maintanance, utilities, security, repairs, HSE, regulatory compliance, etc
• Oversee company’s logistics and supply chain operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
