We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity at Ericsson for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer.
This integral role involves data-driven oversight of site activities ranging from civil works, site surveys, network design to installation.
You will be responsible for managing support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities, while ensuring alignment with Ericsson's global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety standards, group directives, legal and financial directives, as well as data security and privacy protocols.
What you will do:
Oversee and participate in site planning, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective execution of duties.
Manage and implement site surveys, preparing necessary materials and coordinating with Additional Service Providers (ASPs).
Validate site design and ensure first-time-right culture in all tasks.
Plan and execute installation and commissioning phase, with focus on safety and compliance.
Support and produce detailed documentation and drawings related to installation and implementation.
Implement and maintain policy and process compliance, leading to a secure and efficient work environment.
