Plans for Sales Volumes and Potential Opportunities of all customers in the assigned region (Africa)
Provides relevant information via SFDC for forecasts and planning
Analyses the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of Stakeholders per Region
Identifies Opportunities for application to CD’s Product and Service Portfolio Solutions
Prepares and Understands Customer contact via CRM and Builds, Maintains a customer focused network per region.
Prepares / coordinates and negotiate proposals and Quotations in cooperation with proposal management and/or other involved professionals and/or Management
Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product solution developments, projects or services programs
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting
Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region
Act as a point of contact to customers in CD matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support
Full responsibility and accountability for assigned customers in Africa with personalized order entry target based on agreed overall Sales Business Target Agreements
Manage customer relations on all levels of assigned customers
Business Development responsibility to identify growth market segments and develop sales pipeline future visions of 2-5 years.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Project Sales with exposure to Controls & Instrumentation Technologies and Products
DCS / C&I Experience in Power Generation Sector is Preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a Cross-Functional / International Team
Ability to work on fast-paced Power Generation / Industrial Customer engagements, including outside of normal Business Hours.
Ability to meet travel requirements when they arise on an “If-and-When-Required” Basis across Africa
