Area Sales Manager - Nationwide at Pharma Ethics

Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations across the assigned territory, manage the performance of Medical Sales Representatives, and ensure overall target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the MSRs within the assigned region
• Implement territory business plans to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor market trends and report competitor activities
• Lead training, mentoring, and team performance reviews
• Establish strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proven experience in sales team management and performance tracking
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
