    Area Sales Manager (Kano)

    Job Profile:

    • As an Area Sales Manager at DreamWorks, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a designated geographical area.
    • This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual with a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area.
    • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
    • Provide guidance on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.

    Target Achievement:

    • Drive the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.
    • Implement corrective actions and strategies to optimize performance.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the area.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer-focused campaigns.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned area.
    • Work on expanding the customer base and product presence.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement area-specific promotional activities.

    Training and Development:

    • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
