Area Sales Manager at Chez Resources Pharmaceutical Limited

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ogun State territories.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales, volume, and prescription targets for assigned products.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis
• Training: Conduct field coaching, product training and sales presentations for the sales teamy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences/Natural Sciences, or any related field.
• Minimum of at least 2 years in a supervisory/ASM role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Lagos/Ogun and Eastterritories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
