    Area Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute regional sales strategies to deliver volume, distribution, and revenue targets.
    • Manage and develop sales representatives and distributors within assigned areas.
    • Drive market penetration, visibility, and brand presence.
    • Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and route-to-market efficiency.
    • Build strong trade relationships across General and Modern Trade channels.
    • Report market insights and ensure alignment with the national sales strategy.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience in FMCG snacks sales (chips, biscuits, confectionery, or similar).
    • Strong track record in territory management and sales execution.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
