Victory Empowerment Centre as an organization makes use of group lending methodology as an essential ingredient to sustainable growth. Groups are formed on a self-selection basis and guided by basic social and economic indicators; whereas the group structure facilitates and provides easy access to members.

Area Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Abia , Akwa Ibom , Lagos , Ogun
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
- A Smart Hnd/Bsc Holder.
- Three(3) years of Microfinance Experience as a either Branch Manager or 2(Two) years of experience as an Area manager.
- IT Background will be an added advantage.
