Area Manager - Sapele at Lumos

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Territory Sales Executives to achieve sales and repayment targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute area sales strategies.
• Manage sales performance, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Recruit, train, and build high-performing field sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA is an advantage).
• 5–10 years' sales experience, including at least 4 years in a management role.
• Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Microfinance, Insurance, Renewable Energy, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, sales, and territory management skills.
