THE ROLE

You will be responsible for driving retail growth across your assigned location by:

• Scouting and onboarding new agents and betting shops within your assigned location.
• Managing betting shop and agent operations across your assigned location.
• Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve growth and revenue.
• Ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting Betgr8 brand visibility and promotional activities.
• Providing regular performance reports, market insights, and recommendations to management.

• Experience in the gaming industry's retail operations; betting or fintech experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
