    Area Facility Manager

    Job Description:

    • Oversee the facility management of branches within the region
    • Ensure resolution of repairs within Turn around time guidelines
    • Supervise branch facility officers within the region
    • Supervise the work of third party repairs and maintenance
    • Industry Experience: Hotel or Construction

    Job Specification:

    • 5 years in Facility Management experience
    • 2 years supervising teams
    • Good communication skills
    • Administrative skills
    • Supervisory skills
    • Work ethic/drive
    • Negotiation skills
    • Resourcefulness
