Qualifications
- B.Arch / HND in Architecture from a recognized program.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience.
- Architectural Experience Program (AXP) to gain practical experience
- Proliciency in CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Creative design abilities, strong portfolio showcasing innovative concents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Understanding and adherence to local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Precise design documentation and meticulous consideration of all project aspects.
