    Architect

    Responsibilities

    • Design architectural plans and building concepts for residential or commercial properties.
    • Prepare floor plans, drawings, and 3D models for development projects.
    • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new real estate developments.
    • Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers during construction.
    • Present design proposals and project plans to clients and stakeholders.
    • Monitor construction progress to ensure projects follow approved architectural designs.
    • Provide design solutions and modifications when necessary during project execution.
    • Support the company in improving property value and development planning.
