Architect at Ramos Realty

• We are looking for a highly creative and talented Architect to join our team on a full-time remote basis.
• This role is ideal for an architect who goes beyond technical drawings — someone with a strong design eye, creative thinking, and the ability to turn ideas, spaces, and concepts into compelling architectural designs that can be practically executed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop innovative and visually compelling architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments
• Translate project briefs, client requirements, and site conditions into functional and creative designs
• Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed design documentation
• Develop 3D models, renders, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts
• Explore different design approaches, materials, layouts, and architectural styles
• Develop designs from concept stage through construction documentation
• Work closely with the construction and project teams to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and cost-conscious
• Review designs and make adjustments based on site conditions, construction requirements, and project objectives
• Research contemporary architectural trends, materials, building technologies, and sustainable design solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Assist with design decisions and resolve architectural issues that arise during construction
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, planning requirements, and relevant standards

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution
• Professional experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects
• Strong architectural design and conceptualisation skills
• Exceptional creativity and a strong design eye
• Ability to develop distinctive and commercially viable architectural concepts
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and detailing
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent tools
• Ability to produce high-quality 2D drawings and compelling 3D visualisations
• Strong understanding of space planning, proportions, functionality, and aesthetics
• Ability to take a project from an initial concept through to detailed design
• Good understanding of Nigerian building practices and construction processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
