To implement high quality standards and to support customers, meet their hygiene needs and provide necessary training for continuous improvement on overall hygiene, quality and productivity.
She/ He will also be responsible for customer site audits.
Job Description:
To develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
To implement the right process of product usage at customers' sites. Also conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business.
Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
Application Support will act as process owner for the Technical side of the business. Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Chemical Engineering. Additional qualification on Food Safety/ ISO 22000 will be an added advantage.
Experience of minimum 5 years would be needed in application support.
Requires extensive traveling within the territory of Nigeria / West Africa.
