Job Summary:

• Job is to support the Sales and Marketing group with product trials,training,technical specification recommendation .
• To implement high quality standards and to support customers, meet their hygiene needs and provide necessary training for continuous improvement on overall hygiene, quality and productivity.
• She/ He will also be responsible for customer site audits.

Job Description:

• To develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
• To implement the right process of product usage at customers' sites. Also conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business.
• Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
• Application Support will act as process owner for the Technical side of the business. Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Chemical Engineering. Additional qualification on Food Safety/ ISO 22000 will be an added advantage.
• Experience of minimum 5 years would be needed in application support.
• Requires extensive traveling within the territory of Nigeria / West Africa.
• candidate will be functioning from the PH office to other parts in the east region
