    Application Support Engineer

    • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our technology-driven solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all on-site IT systems infrastructure meets requirements and specifications during solution deployment.
    • Administer and support web and database servers.
    • Perform internal and on-site deployment, system patching, and integration of software solutions in production and live environments.
    • Log and document deployment configurations and system updates.
    • Provide technical support for deployed solutions, adhering to established service levels.
    • Configure, support, and manage internal IT systems infrastructure.
    • Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in application support.
    • Proficiency in MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Hands-on experience with implementing, administering, and maintaining MS Exchange Server & MS SharePoint
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile methodology), .NET framework and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
