Application IT Support Intern
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience None
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer , Internships
Responsibilities
- Conversant with the use of a computer
- Ability to handle application and system issues
- Providing software support to users across locations
- Proficiency use of Microsoft office
- Communicate with application users, addressing their complaints and providing prompt solutions
- Experience in customer support (added advantage)
- Identify and communicate specific areas of concerns (while relating with users) the organization needs to address
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of application software testing (a plus not compulsory)
- Providing weekly report
Education
- BSc Computer Science or in any related field
- Must have completed NYSC
