Apparel Project Coordinator at SLN Group

Responsibilities

• Maintain & create Standard Operating Procedures for role and Producing processes
• Manage, WIP reports on a weekly basis in conjunction with production / sourcing team, for all goods on order from production status through final delivery into our warehouse to ensure timely delivery
• Manage logistic issues for all orders both local and International
• Work with production, merchandising, design to provide administrative support as needed in mailing, filing, photo shoots etc
• Ensure data accuracy against production deadlines
• Collect and analyze data gathered throughout the season & recap seasonal production
• Set up vendor sheets, cost sheets for final review and approval
• Ensure quality and consistency
• Perform database administration, including uploading, logging and naming all images

Qualifications for Apparel Production Coordinator

• Strong computer skills with the ability to build and maintain EXCEL documents, create POWER POINT presentations, and assist with visual documents created in ILLUSTRATOR
• 1-3 years experience in apparel related position
• on-set styling experience would be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Art, Merchandising, Marketing, Photography or related field
• Prior PLM is an added advantage
• Must have knowledge to create WIP & T&A Calendar
