Android Mobile Engineer at KNN Corporate Services Limited

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java/Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing features.
• Implement user interfaces using Android SDK and adhere to platform-specific design guidelines.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and store data securely on Android devices.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize application performance and user experience through efficient code, caching strategies, and platform-specific optimizations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Android development, including new releases of Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Mobile engineering
• Proven experience developing Android applications using Java or Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin and familiarity with Android SDK.
• Solid understanding of Android design principles, Material Design guidelines, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
