Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Anaesthesia Technician to join our dynamic surgical and ICU team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our anaesthesia care team, ensuring safe and efficient patient care in our operating rooms and intensive care unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain anaesthesia equipment and supplies
• Assist anaesthesiologists during surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and equipment functionality
• Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
• Support emergency response procedures
• Ensure proper equipment calibration and safety checks
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Collaborate with surgical and ICU teams

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Anaesthetic Technology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospital experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with anaesthesia equipment and monitoring systems
