    Amazon Account Manager

    • This role involves managing a team of 6 Virtual Assistants, focusing on data-driven decision-making, and maintaining high attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about staying up-to-date with Amazon industry trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • SEO and PPC Management: Oversee and optimize SEO strategies for Amazon listings and manage PPC campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
    • Team Management: Direct and manage a team of 6 Virtual Assistants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
    • Data Analysis: Focus on data to drive decision-making, paying close attention to detail in analyzing account performance.
    • Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, Merchant Spring Reporting, and spreadsheets for account management.
    • Communication Skills: Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with leadership, reporting on account performance and strategies.
    • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay up to date with industry trends and be willing to learn and try new approaches to Amazon account management.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Effective Team Leadership: Successfully managing and guiding the team of VAs to achieve optimal performance in Amazon account management.
    • Strategic Account Growth: Developing and implementing strategies that result in significant growth and success of the clients' Amazon accounts.
    • Data-Driven Results: Utilizing data analysis to make informed decisions and continuously improve account performance.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong background in SEO, particularly Amazon SEO.
    • Proven experience in managing talent, specifically a team of Virtual Assistants.
    • Attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
    • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, Merchant Spring Reporting, HubStaff, Asana, and Slack.
