Agronomist

Responsibilities
- Supervise the farm staff
- Crop Management: Ensure optimal crop yield
- Soil Science: conduct soil test, analize result and make recommendation
- Crop Recommendation: Advice farmers on crop that is suitable based on Climate, Soil Condition, market demand, and potential disease resistanceplant.
- Coordinate all farm work
- Monitor crop performance and provide regular reports to Management
- Train Farm staff on Farm Management on crop management
- Design and oversee fertilization, irrigation and pest control programs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with years of work experience.
