Agronomist

Responsibilities
- Analyze soil and crop conditions to improve productivity
- Develop and implement crop management plans
- Recommend suitable crops, seeds, and farming techniques
- Monitor crop growth, health, and yield performance
- Advise on fertilizer, irrigation, and pest control practices
- Conduct field trials and agricultural research
- Support farmers with technical guidance and training
- Identify and manage crop diseases and pests
- Promote sustainable and climate-smart farming practices
- Collect and analyze agricultural data for decision-making
- Collaborate with farm managers and agricultural stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental standards
- Prepare reports and recommendations on crop performance
- Introduce new technologies and innovations in farming
- Optimize yield while maintaining soil health and sustainability.
