• We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our team at Olsale Farms in Owode, Ogun State.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing crop production, soil management, and implementing sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement crop management plans
• Conduct soil tests and analyze results
• Supervise farm staff and provide training on best practices
• Monitor crop health and implement pest management strategies
• Collaborate with the farm manager to achieve production goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field
• 7 years minimum of verifiable experience in agronomy
• Strong knowledge of crop management and soil science
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
