Responsibilities

• Source for bulk buyers of different agro-commodities source for bulk suppliers of different Agro commodities.
• Promote the company’s product / services.
• Develop a complete preferred supplier and alternate list based on approved criteria as set by management.
• Source and procure approves items at lowest prices without compromising on quality.
• Provide monthly report and analysis of internal and external spend on purchases
• Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules. With them to determine company preferable contract terms or get better prices.
• Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities
• Review quality of purchased products.

Requirements

• Must have minimum of 2 years experience in international trade of agro-commodities.
• Must be conversant with Agro commodities.
• Must be result oriented.
• Must be ready to work.
• Good communication skill.
