Role Description

• The Agile Project Management Tutor will develop and deliver training materials, conduct workshops and practical exercises, and provide mentorship and support to students. The tutor will facilitate the understanding and application of Agile principles, oversee progress assessments, and offer individualized guidance to ensure successful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in project management and facilitation of Agile practices
• Strong instructional skills and experience in developing training materials
• Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and practical exercises
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Agile Practitioner or similar certification is a plus
• Previous teaching experience is required.
