    Agency Manager

    Job Function: Manage Specified Agency and channel salesfor the company. Responsible for leading sales team to acheive sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • University Degree or HND
    • Must be able to groe the reatil sales for the Agency
    • Experience in recruiting, managing and retaining a sales force
    • NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate is required.
    • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Must be result driven 
    • Knowledge of the region: must have lived within the region for atleast 2years.
