Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Manager located in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of insurance agents, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies.
• Daily tasks include providing training, performance evaluations, and support to agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and staying updated on industry trends.
• The role entails working closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, assisting agents in closing deals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales, sales strategy development, and team management
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for insurance management
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
