The Agency Banking State Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and managing agents, ensuring optimal performance of existing agents, implementing strategies to drive growth, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
The role also includes overseeing training programs for agents and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Communication abilities
Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
Proven Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree and HND.
Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
