After Sales Service Manager at Bee Bee Jump Ltd

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
• Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
• Proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
• Communicate with customers, management and technical team to address aftersales technical issues.
• Assist the technical team improving product design to reduce failure rate.
• Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical / Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology
• Minimum 6 years practical experience as an aftersales Engineer and/or after-sales officer Manager in a solar manufacturing company
• Must live close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege, Iyana Ipaja and Ogudu
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to do on-site/field works
• Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiar with electric circuit faults.
