Affiliate Marketer (Lagos) at Mshel Homes Ltd

Job Summary:

As an Affiliate Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs. You will work closely with affiliates to promote our products/services, drive traffic, and generate sales. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and partnerships.
• Manage Affiliate Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide feedback and support to optimize their efforts.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with affiliates.
• Optimize Campaign Performance:
  • Track and analyse the performance of affiliate campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates.
• Content and Creative Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including banners, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, including key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
