What We Are Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of sports betting and casino industries
• Experience in closing deals and communicating with clients
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for the company
• Ability to solve problems independently
• High level of responsibility and accountability

Responsibilities:

• Attract and onboard new affiliates to run RevShare and CPA campaigns
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance by monitoring affiliate activity, including traffic sources, player quality, and generated revenue, to improve ROI and achieve KPIs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Handle invoicing and track timely payments
• Prepare and deliver affiliate marketing reports to management.
