Affilate and Partnership Manager at OnePyramid

Core Responsibilities

• Creator Army (TikTok + Instagram): Recruit, onboard, and manage 2,000+ TikTok and Instagram creators; affiliate and commission programs targeting 15+ units/day/product; seeding, briefs, usage rights, and performance tracking; 20-25+ active partnerships weekly.
• Retail & Distribution Partnerships: Source, pitch, and close retail, wholesale, distributor, subscription-box, and marketplace partnerships; manage the pipeline from prospecting to signed deal to reorder.
• Land podcast sponsorships and founder/guest appearances; pitch press and earned media; build a recurring calendar of podcast and media placements.
• Source and manage vet professional content partners and press pitches to build third-party credibility.
• Community Building: TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit communities and groups, including setup, moderation, loyalty, and retention; Discord influencer hub; cross-channel integration.
• Authority, Trust & Affiliate Programs: TrustPilot, BBB, and Google Business Profile stewardship; 50+ TikTok Shop reviews per listing via creator seeding; referral, loyalty, and affiliate program build-out; voice-of-customer capture; 25+ monthly expert responses on Reddit r/dogs, r/AskVet, and similar forums.
• New Product Launch (Seeding): 10+ creators seeded by Day -14; announcement, affiliate enrollment, TikTok Shop push, and community activation; 10+ seeded Q&A and reviews.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on creator/affiliate activity, partnership pipeline, community growth, review velocity, and partner-attributed revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven partnerships/BD closer: creator, retail, and/or podcast and media deals from first outreach to signed agreement.
• Community engagement (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit), creator outreach, and affiliate program management (Amazon + TikTok).
• Strong outreach copywriting, negotiation, and relationship management; CRM and pipeline discipline.
• Self-starter with a network-building instinct and sharp attention to detail.
