Administrative Support Officer

Job Description
- General administrative functions
- Answering phone calls, greeting/referring/assisting visitors, customers, staff e.t.c
- Preparing documents and reports.
- Compiling records, scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, analyzing data including budgetary expenditures.
- Provision ofgeneral office support.
Qualifications
- OND in any related field
- For gender balance, only female applicants will be considered.
- Only candidates living aroung Ogudu, Ojota, Oshodi, Gbagada, Ketu and Maryland will be considered.
Salary Range
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
