    Administrative Supervisor

    Trucrete Solutions Limited is a leading construction company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Supervisor to oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff to achieve departmental goals.
    • Manage office systems, record-keeping, and document control processes.
    • Coordinate travel, logistics, and schedules for management and project teams.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for effective communication flow.
    • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
    • Implement cost-effective administrative processes and monitor resource utilization.
    • Ensure a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an administrative role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Preferred: Prior experience in the construction or oil and gas industry.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
