Responsibilities

• To manage, organize and supervise all office activities.
• To handle all customer communications, collate and manage customer data.
• To manage the business operations.
• To supervise content creation for the business.
• To manage inventory, supplies and purchase for the business.
• Manage schedules and timelines.
• Ensure operations adhere to rules and regulations.
• Manage cost and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with technical industries (Power, Energy, Security, or Engineering) is an added advantage.
