Administrative Personnel at Krystal Digital Solutions Limited

Location: Jabi District, Abuja (FCT)

Job Functions
The Admin Personnel is expected to carry out the following functions:

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on activities surrounding job functions
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize and store important and confidential company documents using a detailed filing system
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Arrange travel and accommodations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience as an administrator may be an added advantage.
